Return & Cancellation Policy

At Vaylois Shopping, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was delivered.
  • To request a return, contact our customer support with your order number and clear photos or videos (if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect).
  • Return requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or purchased during clearance/special sale.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.
